BW Techs, Inc. provides proactive network monitoring from our Network Operating Center from where we monitor, report, and respond to network crises when they arise. BW Techs, Inc. can monitor your network through the use of custom developed monitoring tools the network device BW Techs, Inc. is currently monitoring client networks over a variety of lines and firewalls.

When an alarm is received, we will assign specific individuals to your network outage to manage the overall troubleshooting and problem resolution process. BW Techs, Inc. will also notify you of the alarm and its severity. This information can be used to diagnose future cases with the same trouble creating a shorter response time in correcting any faults. 

Many companies have an IT Group on staff that can provide "front-line" support for all network problems. When this is not the case or if there are other more essential tasks that the IT Group performs, BW Techs, Inc. provides a support "back-stop" that can handle all of your remote troubleshooting and problem management or simply augment the team that is in place today. These services are provided by BW Techs, Inc.'s Customer Care Center, are available on a 7 x 24 basis and are normally priced on an as-needed basis. Signing up for this service costs nothing and if you never have the occasion to use the service even after signing up, there is no financial obligation whatsoever.
